Using a wealth of experience in the housing market, and after some 2 years of planning and preparation, NPI was formed to provide a local HIPs solution for local agents with quality service as its core principle. Three of our Directors are Home Inspectors with direct repsonsibility for producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Condition Reports (HCR). Their experience is extensive, gained through the Governments trial on Tyneside.
